Before you apply
It’s tied to your employer.On HSFP (i), changing jobs means applying for a new status of residence.
Points are checked again at renewal.You need 70 points every time, so a pay cut or getting older can cost you the visa.
Gaps in work count.Three months without working in your role, without a good reason, can put your status at risk.
